Shorty’s True American Roadhouse serves up our nation’s favorites all year-round, making it the perfect place to pull in for a bite, whether you’re crossing the country on an epic road trip, or crossing town on your daily commute. Following authentic pit barbecue techniques, our fresh, quality meats are seasoned with our special dry rub and cooked low and slow for up to 18 hours every day. Next they’re hand cut and trimmed or pulled to give you the leanest brisket, most flavorful pork, and meatiest ribs around. And we serve it all with our special recipe barbecue sauce that’s as good as it can get.

The bartender noticed us enter and quickly offered us a seat at a table in the bar area. Our food was delicious, the lunch special prices were great, and our server was on top of it all! Super experience! 👍🏻

I have a very strict diet and couldn't find much from the menu. I wish there were more gf options. Luckily, one of the waitresses helped me find something I could have. I like the atmosphere and the fireplace. Womens restroom was clean!

Overall the food is pretty good but the prices are on the higher end for barbecue. Have been there three times and the quality is consistent. The cornbread muffins are oddly sweet, taste like a combination between cornbread and a plain cupcake… Not a fan

Shorty's is closed New Years Day. We will reopen on Thursday, Jan 2 at 11am. Thank you!

I'm not really sure, my parents are AARP members and they didn't get a discount.

They do cater and it is outstanding. Pulled pork, bbq chicken and ribs, mac and cheese, salads etc.

We do accept reservations for parties of 8 or more people. Otherwise, call ahead seating is available. Thank you!

Yes that have a separate banquet and private party building. Shorty's back forty.

Yes we call about an hour before with a group of 9 people
